Staff is always friendly and eager to help. I have never encountered a more friendly and positive group of people that have the best interest of their customers in mind. I would absolutely recommend anyone that is switching their bank or starting a new account

I’ve been with Sunflower Bank since the 90’s. The staff has always been professional, kind and helpful. Even when I moved to a State without a branch, I continued to bank with Sunflower. If you want excellent customer service and the best banking experience, this is your bank!
This bank needs work. Our debit cards will only work at certain ATMs. And when they do, they fail to give balance information. I was contacted by Sunflower Bank associate Renée Felicé and she was very rude. Would not recommend this bank.
I've always enjoyed the employees who are more like friends working at Sunflower Bank. Jen Snyder, Tammy Doll and Karen McGrath have helped make banking such a fun time!!nI keep on telling them that this empty bank here on the east side of town is abandoned and would make a PERFECT place for another location. All 3 ladies put up with hearing that from me laughing at my determination in getting them over my way.nBut honestly....no matter where Sunflower Bank is located I can never give them up. True professionals with a great sense of humor.
