They are not good at what they do and not so good of a hospital One of my family members came back and told me that one of the doctors hit her hard just because she couldn’t say anything that’s abuse. If you are a real doctor there is NO need to hit a patient just because they are not conscious and not responding to your questions.I am very upset at what that doctor did to my family member planning on talking to a lawyer and going from there.

Decent service, and the billing department is very hard to reach.

Genuinely the worst ER experience of my life. Terribly slow and rude nurses. If I knew it was going to be like that we would have gone to KC for treatment.

Go to KU med. This hospital has screwed me over so many times that I honestly would rather drive an hour than the 1 minute to get here.nnPlease know that I wouldn’t write this unless I was serious. Hospitals aren’t perfect- I know- but the way you get treated here is worse than no treatment. I can almost certainly assure you.

I had A really good doctor here but their billing department is horrible!!!!!!!! I hadnt Been there for over two years and they were trying to bill me for things from a few months ago. Every single time There was always a problem with the billing and of course impossible to get ahold of anyone!! Don’t go there!!!!
