The staff at the Lawrence store are very attentive and fun the be served by. The manager was great. She came to say hello and check on us and even offered free cookies for a simple mistake that was not a big deal. I could see the kitchen and they were working so hard but having a good time. Lots of smiles and happiness.nBringing the family back soon!
I had to change my review.nnWhile their gluten free options may still be good, it's not near impossible to order them from their website. VERY awful ordering, they also tend to forget marinara with your breadsticks or salad dressing with your salad. etc.nnwebsite once again works well. Good Food, excellent cuppertino pepperonis
Love Minsky's. Yeah, it's expensive, but now that I've had it, I'm usually disappointed by other pizzas.nnHaven't dined in, so I'm not sure about the service. Picking up is quick, you just go to the bar cashier area.
Great friendly service & very good food. Can't wait to go back to Lawrence, KS and try it again.
The quality of their pizza is good and that's the only reason I'm giving them 2 stars. They are terrible in delivery. It takes about 1:30 hr to deliver. I'm vegetarian and we ordered for a Thai pizza with NO CHICKEN in a half. When I had one slice I noticed that I'm already having chicken!! This was the second time that they screwed up with our order. Before this we ordered Hawaiian pizza with NO BACON in the half and because of their mistake I had already some bacon which was awful!
