I like this USB branch location. The tellers and bankers are very friendly, they take the time to help with any questions or problems. The corner location is easy to get in and out of. Once in awhile there's a bit of a line, but probably busy because it's such a prominent and handy location. The ATM is in a side door on the west side. Wish they had a drive up AMT instead.

Went to the branch to explore getting a debit card account as advised by the handlers of our $$$$ USBank brokerage account. Banker couldn't even be bothered to come out of her office to talk to us, sent teller out with a note. Oh, and bankers take their lunch at the noon hour, just when working customers need service. Who in customer service does that?? This bank manager should be ashamed.
