The Lawrence KS branch does not answer the phone and when I finally get a loan person on the phone in another state they try to call the Lawrence, KS branch and they never answer the calls so I am stuck in a whirlpool of no progress. I would like to speak to a person who is knowledgeable of what I am trying to do. Please do not refer me to twitter or facebook to communicate I need a real person who is trained properly to speak on the phone or through email with me.
Quite impressed with this bank and in particular the customer service from Ashley. I assisted my daughter with opening an account and then opened my own checking and savings accounts. In the days of Covid-19 and what appears to be reduced customer service, this branch stands out!
ATM is always down and the people are rude. I've had maybe one good experience here. I just don't understand why, especially when I try to cash a chceck and they want to charge a fee for it. Ugh.
They Have a employee her name Ashly , She so friendly and she help me to open the new account when I get in U.S. first time as student..
No one answers they're phones. I guess that pay raise made them to much of goodie goodies to answer now.
