We had purchased spark plugs for our Lund boat a few YEARS ago to have when we needed them. My husband installed them in our motor yesterday and took the boat out on the water. It ran poorly. When he did some investigating, it turned out the plugs sold to us were the incorrect part number. So, fingers crossed, he took them back to Blake's Marine. The parts department didn't bat an eye. They gave him the correct plugs and took back the incorrect plugs that we had installed AND used. What great service ! We totally expected push back due to the time frame that had gone by. Thanks for an awesome experience.
I will never step foot in this store again, absolutely zero customer service. I was warned by others, but took a shot for convenience. Never again. Ill haul my boat 2 hours from now on.
They were very friendly and helped us get our damaged fuel line up an running so we could get back out on the water. Thank you again guys!

Was in the Devils Lake area on a Waterfowl hunting trip from Minnesota when our group experienced a serious outboard motor malfunction. The motor issue could have ruined the whole trip. Called Blake's and spoke to Jake, he kept the shop open on a Saturday as we were 45 minutes away, waited for our arrival and did everything he could to get us back up and running. Really appreciate the service, professionalism and Jake going above and beyond the call of duty.
