U.S. Bank Branch

It is so frustrating to go to a bank that’s supposed to be open and the blinds are pulled shut. And so often. We only opened these accounts because it’s a big bank available everywhere while traveling. But, we really regret opening here. This is the worst banking experience I’ve ever had. Very disappointing, when I’ve had problems with the app working I mentioned it at the window and got cut off and interrupted with a teller that got quite offended and was on the defense as if I had said something personal against her. It’s an app that’s not working, also often, it’s not a personal attack on her. When we tried to take out a few thousand dollars for something for our home, we were told there was a limit and we couldn’t remove the money. We didn’t think this could be real, so my fiancé asked some questions and the bank said it’s to protect them. But he explained if he was taking out the money, the bank doesn’t have a risk. The employee argued that it’s a risk for them and they won’t allow it. So my fiancé said we’d like to take our money somewhere else where we can access it freely. The employee said that the money couldn’t be removed in full even at closing, that it would be pending for a few days. We had to settle for taking out lumps with our daily limited cards that we were told we couldn’t increase or lift the limit on. Just ludicrous. There is a personal banker/loan officer/ credit line banker that has always been friendly and helpful, but unfortunately we never get to deal with her. As of now, we have goofy process charges for taking out our own money and are taking a break from dealing with US Bank. This branch needs help or needs to get shut down. There is no accountability or customer service skills, what a shame.

They reopened my account after a year of being closed, deposited 75 cents and then charged me a $2 statement fee and are now trying to charge me over draft fees!! The lady that answered the phone both times I have called has been RUDE RUDE RUDE RUDE. I am reporting this location to corporate becasue the customer service was beyond awful.

Do not bank here... any and every excuse to steal your money... trust me they will find it
