Good business, lots of options of animals an supplies, friendly service!
Personally I have had great experiences at That Critter Place, if there is something your looking for ask Darcy about it if she can get it in for you she will if she cant she let's you know right up front that's how she is. The store is always clean and she takes great care with the animals that she has available for sale. So with that being said all this bashing that's going on needs to stop certain people have moved on and she doesn't bash you .
The store is small but has quite a few animals and products to choose from. From my own experience I saw the animal cages were clean and the animals look for the most part happy. But unfortunately most of the toys and other items for sale were covered in thick dust, hair, and even some cobwebs. These were toys made for birds to chew on. They can easily be cleaned, but if a toy is made to be put in an animals mouth, then it should be clean in the store as well. I was sneezing once I walked out the store. I did buy a toy despite the dust for my cockatiel and washed it off, but this could easily be avoided by simply dusting off the items.
