UPDATE: I have not been to this clinic since 8/11, and paid them with a credit card at that time. Yesterday, they charged the same card (no visit, no phone call, no permission) for what they say insurance didn't pay. I have no problem paying my bill, but no one should assumed that because I paid them with a credit card once, they can just charge things to that card at any time in the future without permission. It's only $11, but why are they still holding on to my credit card information and why do they think it's acceptable to use it without approval from me? This place is completely unprofessional.nn8/11/00: Dishonest and unhygienic. Clinic staff told me that I would have to pay out of pocket for a COVID test. When I asked if it was because they were out-of-network with my insurance company. They told me “no, it’s because you haven’t met your deductible.” Later I got a bill for “out-of-network visit” from my insurance insurance company. I was also billed for a doctor’s visit on top of the test fee when I never saw or spoke to a doctor. I only spoke to the front desk staff and the nurse who administered my test and gave me my results. Before they’d even taken vitals or talked to me in person, the nurse who administered my test came in wearing no mask or gloves, opening the swab with her bare hand, and said “let’s go ahead and get this started because it can take about 30 minutes” (I assume that meant she wanted to hurry things up because they would be closing soon). I do not recommend this clinic.

It was almost 7 PM when I got to the express clinic and all the personnel were still very energetic and friendly and did a great job of getting me in getting me tested and on my way. They were very personable and helpful

Such a smooth, professional experience for my Covid test. I really appreciated the fast, streamlined care! That’s exactly what you want when you don’t feel well! Thank you!!!!

the MA was super nice and and the nurse practitioner was very knowledgeable and answered all of my question. The secretary was also very welcoming and made it a pleasant experience.

I drove from Larned to my 4:57 pm appt. I got there about 4:45. I waited for a phone call to check me in. This is what happened last time I went. At 5:17 when I hadn’t gotten a call, I called in and was told that I should have called when I arrived. I told them that last time the protocol was different but they didn’t care. They told me my appointment was over. I went inside. I was upset. They told me they could not see me. I told them I needed tested, that I had been exposed and was having symptoms. They said “boo hoo we get exposed every day. If you do not leave in 5 min we are calling the cops.” So I left and went back to my car. I called the cops myself. I told them how I was treated. They said they could not help me. The police told me they had the urgent care had the right to refuse service to me if they choose. I called my husband who then called in and the receptionist told him I was an hour late for my appointment. They flat out lied to him. He said the receptionist was very rude. I called the Andover office and the ladies that answered the phone were super nice and took my compliant. They gave me the corporate number. They said they would file a complaint with management. This Great Bend office management and staff are unacceptable.
