I'm a patient right now (9/7/18)at this facility. I've been here a couple weeks after leaving the ICU at at a much larger hospital. I have found the level of nursing skill and quality of care to be very good. Above all else I feel comfortable and safe while I recover.

After reading the reviews and responded from the facility I thought it would be helpful to add that improvements are being made. My mom gets bathed and lotion preventing bed sores. She has been pleased with how they are trying to bring the foods she can eat. Communication can still be improved and she had only 1 bad nurse (who was addressed).

I just spent two weeks at this hospital, I can’t begin to say how happy I am with the care I received. Every one from housekeeping on up were great.

I have never been so disgusted and angry as I am with the way some of these nurses are taking care of my mother in law. When you ask them a question, they don't have an answer. One nurse tried 10 times (65 minutes) to put in a midline catheter in her arm, and then when she started crying was told to shut up. How can some shut up when they can't even talk!! There's a frigging tube in her throat!!! It took 45 minutes from the time it was reported that she needed to be changed to the time a nurse came into to clean her up. DO NOT LEAVE your loved ones alone, always have someone in the room with them.
