I have had lower back pain for 40 years and have been through injections and surgery with little relief. I was tired of taking pain pills and decided to try disc decompression therapy with Disc Centers of America. Dr. Swolensky and his staff are simply amazing to work with. Very professional but yet made me feel a part of their family. I am so happy that I found them. I am now looking forward to a better life with much much less pain. Thank you Dr Swolensky and staff. Hopefully more people can get relief from their miserable chronic back and neck pain.

Dr. Swolensky, his team and his machines absolutely fixed my "broken" wing when the orthopedic dr's couldn't.

I am writing this after finding out today that Julia sent x-rays to my bank because I reported their office as fraud. I've requested my x-rays and exams numerous times and only reported them after never receiving anything. Pretty sad that BofA gets to see my x-rays before I do. If these even belong to me. Most of the reviews are FAKE (except the few that talk about them wanting $1,000s but not offering relief). This place is a total SCAM. It's also worth noting that there is no social distancing here and the Doctor does not wear a mask. I went in to the clinic in a lot of pain. I left $145 poorer with NO answers, NO information and without any relief. I went in for a consult and an adjustment. After a short consult I was told I needed an exam package that would include an MRI, x-rays, a heart exam and a few other exams. I was told it'd be $145. I agreed. I went back to the exam room and the doctor had me wear a gown and took the x-rays (so I thought). Afterward he just got up and walked out without saying anything. Red flag #1. I NEVER saw the x-rays and have still not. Despite asking several times. Next I went back for a "matrix treatment" that was supposed to give relief. The machine did not help at all. Red flag #2. After 30 minutes on that machine I went back in to the exam room where a Staff member told me that she needed to do a "heart test because sometimes people have heart problems related to their pain". She stuck my finger in a machine. I NEVER saw the results and have still not. Despite asking several times. Fed flag #3. When I got the front I was told by Julia that the Doctor wanted to order an MRI. I said okay, you told me that was included and she said no, it's an additional $280. Fed flag #4. I was shocked. I thought this was part of the $145 I had committed to. I asked why I needed the MRI. She vaguely said, "doc saw something he didn't like" - okay, what I asked? She didn't know and he was no where to be seen. I asked about the heart exam results and she told me that it was simply a puzzle piece and I needed the MRI for the full puzzle. Red flag #5. Okay, well what did he see then? She didn't know. I paid the $145 and left, still in pain, worried something was wrong with me and confused. I went home and called my Mom (who is in the field) and told her about my experience. She couldn't believe they never showed me the xrays and she laughed the heart exam off saying that sounded totally fake. I started calling the next day to ask for my exam results and copies of my xrays, that I paid for. I called almost every day for 2 weeks and NEVER received anything. I finally put in a claim with my bank and my insurance company. Clearly they don't have anything to send me and if they did at this point, I'd assume it's fake. I am sure what they sent to the bank is fake as it's all blacked out "for confidentiality". Julia told me that I hadn't received my x-rays because they have to upload but she can send them to my bank? Right. They just don't want me taking their fake xrays to a competent doctor and uncovering their SCAM. You can't charge people for a service, not render it and then tell them to go get an MRI because "you saw something you didn't like". It's a money scam. If the Doctor gave a damn about me, his patient, he would have spoken to me about my exams while I was in his office. I took off work to be there, paid, and was treated like I don't matter! I went in because the reviews were great but $30 pays for a good review these days. Don't trust this place. They don't care about the patients. They only care about the $$. It's a SCAM and I will be reporting them to the BBB and anyone else who will listen. *9/3/20 (in response to the Office's response) Clearly my review struck a nerve. Why so defensive? I never got my x-rays b/c you never sent them. I called almost every day for 2 wks requesting them. I didn't call the bank until I realized there were no x-rays to be had. It's not about the money, it's the principle. What your office did was wrong and people deserve to know.

I walked into the office in a great deal of pain. Regular treatments have make me feel like I can function like I use to before the pain.

Very knowledgeable doctor. Staff is super friendly and very nice. The technology Dr. Swolensky uses has allowed me to get my life back. I have tried everything from shots, other chiropractors, yoga, massages and was considering surgery as a last resort. I have not felt this great in 9 years! I am able to get back to my active life. Highly recommend.
