I was helped by a gentleman named Jose who was very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. He was helpful in picking a phone out and getting everything switched over and turned on. Very satisfied with the service that was provided.

The whole process of getting a phone has improved tremendously! I was lucky enough to have Lindsay working with me that particulars evening. She knew how to find everything I needed as quickly as possible. I used to dread all the time it took to upgrade. I know the whole electronic upgrade is a company thing, but if employees don't know how to navigate the system, it still takes a while. Lindsay just zipped through it all like a natural!
