We ordered online a pair of shoes for my daughter’s 2nd birthday In the store and to this day we never received them and we went several times to the store asking them to please fix the order. And that was the only gift for my daughter would received for her second birthday was a pair of Minnie shoes; but they don’t care to fix it. This was my first visit in a Famous Footwear. The ladies working there were courteous and helpful. The prices are pretty much what you expect for Nike, New Balance, etc. They have a buy one get one half off sale as of the time of this review, which applies to a second pair of shoes or a bag.nI don't really expect much from a shopping experience, as long as workers aren't rude and I can find what I need it's good by me.

Found a good pair of reasonable priced shoes for work. Employees helpful offering to facilitate finding what I needed.
