*edit* I was contacted by the owner immediately after filling our the form on the hooters website and he more then compensated for my experience. Thank you.***nnI wish my review was different. Our waitress was sweet but everything else about our experience was bad. The beer we ordered needed a fresh keg and it took so long that we just ordered different drinks. Our waitress wasn't prepared to write down our order, she didn't bring straws, the keg issue wasn't fixed a half hour later when we finally got our food and I was ready for a refill, the food was unseasoned and my chicken was chewy and full of tendons. We weren't given an explanation why our food took 30+ minutes when the restaurant wasn't even busy. I wasn't given a pen with my check and had to get up and ask another server for one to sign it. I could go on. No one even attempted to explain or apologize for any of this. I expect a response from management because I tipped well regardless and ended up paying $80 for a meal that wasn't worth $40. Hooters Council Bluffs needs to step up their game. Abby was very friendly, happy, fast and thorough. Her personality and smile lights up Hooters. She is stunningly beautiful! Her knowledge of the menu was incredible. She suggested appetizers and deserts and makes one hell of a margarita! I will definitely be back when she is working! ❤ufe0f

You almost feel like the not very attractive waitresses don't wont to be bothered with you. The food was ok to good range. Wings were very good.

Had an amazing lunch with even better service. Had a wonderful waitress Abby A. Very little to no wait time for anything I needed. Not to mention my wings were VERY tasty! Definitely will be visiting the Council Bluffs location again very soon!

A must. Great food. Service was great off and on. Atmosphere was awesome. Thank you. Will be back
