This place is consistently bad... We have given this place several opportunities, understanding busy times inside the restaurant, ordered food to go etc. But if be so whatever as a restaurant order to have good sent out the door that looks like they dropped it on the floor and then through it in a box to go.. Presentation speaks volumes.nHorrible customer service. To not listen to customer's when there is an issue or have had a food issue, is wrong and does not help your business. Word of mouth is your best way of advertising and it's free.nI've eaten at dives before and had cold that care about fixing to the request of the customer and knowing how to prepare food that's worth eating.nNo worries though, we won't be back... Plenty of places to go in Council Bluffs to get customer service and good food! This by far is not one of them.

I thoroughly enjoyed everything at LPL's. I had prime rib and it was delicious! The service from the moment we walked in was awesome! It's been so long since I have been to a restaurant where the staff was this attentive and friendly. Next time, I'm going to try their walleye. I think it will be amazing!

The salad needed some more color, like maybe a cucumber slice and a tomato wedge, and some croutons. Was just lettuce. Baked potato was not done. Shrimp was over fried almost burnt. Service was good but no staff wearing masks.

Friendly staff good food not great as when I order medium rare I expect it to be pink... not throughly cooked at least I guess it wasn't too tough, but not what I ordered and wasn't the greatest.nPrime rib was still ok being over cooked and had good flavor, but will not order it from here again

Waitress was excellent and the food was fantastic as usual. Great customer service and a really good place to eat.
