Came here to get a document notarized from court after being denied a notary at Bank of the West due to not having an account with them. Wells Fargo was able to notarize the document for me, for free, without an account with them. The current construction did make it a little difficult to find the entrance, and it was a bit busy for a Thursday afternoon. However, to their credit, they called in another notary and cut the expected wait time in half. Thank you Wells Fargo!
I went on a day before holidays and didn’t expect to get told it would be a 45 minute wait to get my debit card replaced because they only have one banker working (yet, 3 tellers). Not thrilled with this branch experience, but otherwise don’t have an issue with WF.
Stage coaching is to enhance customer service if the banker is stage coaching and the branch is not busy and a customer ask for an instant debit card and explain there time was limited why are they told to wait for 30 mins until another banker is available or go to another location. 4650 Wellsfargo Nebraska. ud83dudc4eud83cudffdud83dudc4eud83cudffd
Need better signage during construction.
It would be nice to be able to talk to a person in this location. At least hire someone to answer the phone.
