Pretty nice. Only issue would be the puppy part. But the care and everything is completely okay and the crew is very knowledgeable. I was nervous coming in but I'm thankful it wasn't that bad
There should be a ZERO star! It should be illegal to keep dogs, cats, birds and even rodents in these conditions. I think this is the worst pet shop I've ever shopped. I bought 3 birds at a decent price. 2 bunnies at a ridiculous price. I wish I could have bought all the animals as they are being abused in my opinion. This business should be forced to close. It is inhumane conditions.
This place is a joke, don't wast your time or spend your money here. The fish are always in terrible shape, probably because tropical fish need heaters in their tanks. Don't think ill be back, im not going to spend money in a store where pets are kept in poor condition.
Wonderful experience came in to buy a mouse and some reptile supplies and was very pleased with the available selections from zilla to zoo med and exo terra the lady working was also so kind and friendly i really felt at home here and will absolutley be returning great store highly highly recommend
Really need to clean the place up.. Walking in smell so bad.. Couldn't shop smell so bad
