Went for a quick lunch date, we were seated quickly and beverage order taken. Twenty minutes later our beverage order showed up and we ordered 2 sandwiches with fries. It took another 35 minutes for our food to arrive (there was a total of 7 tables seated in the restaurant). Food was super salty, luke warm and soggy. FYI ketchup contains red pepper that has a bit of a kick. Our beverages were never refilled. About 15 minutes after our food came out we asked another employee for our ticket, it happened to be the manager. She looked at our empty cups and plates (not eaten) and then said it was on her. Kudos for trying to make things right. Hopefully food and service improves:)
Never again am I going to wait 20 minutes for my eggs and bacon. It wasn't even busy. There was 1 other customer in the dining area.
Used to be great. Last 5-6 visits have been less than desirable. Quality, speed and options have all drastically decreased.
Our group always receives the best service.nwe enjoy our Friday am meetings.
Teens wanted Chinese buffet advertised on their 3 day sale; seemed like decent idea at the time... Food was fine. Dining room area was UNACCEPTABLE; every table was dirty. Ridiculous seeing how that area is visible from Market Grille host/hostess stand & food checkout register. Several employees also walked through without a second glance. What good is paying for buffet if there is no place to sit etc? FYI it would be helpful if they updated their store page calendar as well as facebook etc with current dining specials because calling the store is ZERO HELP.
