Very attentive and willing to help. I went to exchange one size for another and the lady called the other store and checked if they had them and told them to hold the shoes in order for me to get there for the exchange. In the other store very friendly and attentive too... five stars

Love selection and price at this location. However, today, customer service left a lot to be desired. I was the only customer in store for 20 of the 40 minutes, not once was i checked on or asked if I needed help.

The 2 employees working were doing nothing but ragging out loud to the whole store to hear about how the manager was making them rearrange some displays. At the expense of offering help to the customers.

Good selection, good prices. A little lax in personal service.
