No social distancing, one of the servers (not going to name names) was coughing quite a bit and on a Friday night it was jam packed. No masks on staff, and frankly I wish i would have known this before i put in a $30 order. Will not be back and will be letting others know if they care about their safety and their families safety to steer clear of the shack.

1st time here and last. Place is dead yet they screwed up my sandwich. Waited over 49 minutes for a club without lettuce and am leaving without eating. Pathetic. I literally had to put my head into the kitchen to ask for our bill as well. I wish this place had been better as we love D.R. Deli and the owner seems awesome.

1 star. Ordered 2 entrees and an appetizer for carryout. 20 minutes estimate given.nnArrive to wait for my pickup order. Waited for an additional 20 minutes, patiently. Found out the manager (blonde haired woman) was drinking at the bar and began working after they had a complaint from a doordash worker. All while I'm standing waiting for my food.nnFinally got the food, the guy at the register who took my card tried to touch me on the shoulder while I was on my way out (uhh hello, its a pandemic?) On that note, practically on one was wearing a mask or socially distancing.nnFood would've been good if it wasn't cold! The hottest item was the extra pretzel sticks they gave for the wait.nnHere's the kicker. I paid upfront at the bar, got a receipt and waited.nnLater after we ate they actually called my friend who placed the order and left a message asking for his credit card information! That they'd write it down if he was okay with them! That voice-mail is a keeper!nnApparently they thought I didn't pay for the order since they had no receipt with my friends name on the card! ud83dude06 what the hell?nnI asked for a refund and the manager verbally obliged but I've yet to see it.nnWorst. Experience. Ever.

Good place for a snCk and a beer! Good food, great staff! Anytime i stop at valley west mall, I stop at mac shack!

Stopped today to meet a friend for lunch. Ordered 2 meals totaling approx $30. Had a nice visit with my friend, left a tip and got up to leave. Was approached outside the restaurant door and told my friend and I are no longer welcome here. Don't have any idea as to why, but fine with me. There are certainly more places to spend my money.
