The two employees were very briefly energetic and acted slightly helpful at first but.unfortunately both failed to follow the basic principles in any customer service role. At the end of the day I wasted $70 and felt regretful and immediately decided that I wont even keep the shoes because the entire experience was lacking any sort of appeal or satisfaction and I was made uncomfortable to be myself and felt just desperate to end the situation and make a purchase I didn't feel good aboutnThe two are working in a sales position during a challenging economy that should be carefully handled by making the most of each potential sale since the total of sales isnt as fruitful as our past work may have been... the only way to get good customers coming to ur store regularly is to treat them all like they are important to u and worth giving attention and thoroughly giving their best help to ensure satisfaction.
