All of the staff were very helpful and polite when exciting and entering. The table set was adorable and the candle was a cute addition. Excellent interior decoration! Menu is very large and their happy hour deals (outside of COVID) are incredible! Sushi rolls were delicious, not to mention the scrumptious cocktails. The square toilet seat was a fun surprise in the restroom too. 10/10 would recommend if you're craving sushi to come to W-Tao!

I celebrated my PhD today in this gorgeous place. happy to tell that we enjoyed a incredible evening and the venue was definitely one of the reasons for this happy meeting. The stuff collaborated in a graceful way, the cuisine was tasty and my guests were extremely overjoyed. We shall surely come back again for more joyful events. thanks very much.

Oh my goodness this place was heaven. I'm from Las Vegas so I'm used to good food but this is some of the best ive ever had. The staff was great, the atmosphere was lovely and again wow just WOW . I'm rarely truly impressed but today I'm beside myself.

1st time here ...1st time to Des Moines. This place is right downtown in the heart of all the partying so street parking can be sketchy. This place was properly socially distanced and the wait staff were mask. Now the bathroom is just one room for everyone...not ideal.nWe had the fried calamari...hot and spicy egg drop soup to start. Both were pretty good.nI had the Hudson noodles and beef that was soooo good.nWe had a lot of special rolls but the highlight of the meal was the surf and turf roll. This was simply amazing. It was steak ...fish potato and sour cream...and you could taste everything.nThis roll alone was worth it.nI totally recommend going to this place and they have a bar that plays sports for all the dudes worried about missing the game.

Dragon Roll, Avocado Unagi Roll, Tao Special Sashimi Dinner.nnReal wasabi included with the beefy azz cuts of fresh fish.nnGreat place to go. We’re definitely eating in next time after da rona.
