From brunch to dinner the food and drink selection is always spot on. The French cuisine is akin to offerings you might find in larger cities like New York and the staff is always accommodating and attentive. Love the new location with the outdoor options and beautiful windows. Highly recommend.
Finally made it downtown to try this gem tonight. The food was fantastic! We had a group that was celebrating my mother's birthday and tried several dishes. We all preferred the French ham and cheese sandwich and the tomato soup. The fried Brussel sprouts on the appetizer menu were also amazing. Everyone carries on and on about the dessert french toast....and none of us are French toast eaters!!! Our waitress definitely made the experience too! Some of the best service we've had in a LONG time! She was friendly, helpful and attentive. She thanked us for coming in multiple times. I sure hope we get her again when we return...because we will be coming back ud83dude01
Great atmosphere, the poutine was great.
Snuck into Des Moines for a one-night stay and an associate of mine that lives in the area recommended this fabulous spot. Beef Bourguignon was delicious. A dish that I've tried to master for years... The menu was broad, and I had a hard time choosing from the excellent selections. The Charcuterie ensemble was wonderful.
Simply the best French food in the Midwest! I cannot say enough good things about Django - from the professional waitstaff to the SUPERIOR cuisine. When you are in Des Moines, take an evening and dine at Django.
