I personally have had great relationship with Wells Fargo bank in general and the local branches, I have also had some worst experiences as well. So I have seen both sides to their business. Overall I would say if you don’t need to speak to a banker and you’re doing everything online than it is 10 stars. Every once in a while you will run into a very nasty team member. My mother has gone to the Beaverdale branch for over 10 years, most of the bankers and tellers know her and know that she is disabled and does not drive. She came in this week to cash a check and get a balance and they turned her away because she did not have an appointment. Can you explain what a difference it would have made if there was an appointment, there was nobody inside the lobby. They should have gotten an interpreter for her or at least helped her. They understood what she wanted to do and if there was a customer in lobby they could have asked her to wait outside until that Customer was finished. This is the kind of stuff that gets people feeling bitter about their bank. Now I have scheduled an appointment and she has to wait till Monday to be able to come inside and be helped.

Hey! I wanted to know how much longer the branch on Douglas Ave. will be closed? I see a lot of other banks opening. I hope it will be soon:)

I can't understand why the drive through isn't open at the Beaver and Douglas location. Seems like a no brainer. Ed Mitschke

I was at the Wells Fargo today at approximately 11:30 am it was the location across the street from Valley West Mall. I was appalled to see the filthy vents located above the cashiers heads! Not only for the safety of the busy staff that was working but also the customers who had to stand under them.
