Fit To Be Tied in Ankeny has one of the best employees EVER! Kim was the only working on a Sunday afternoon, her customer service is second to none. She was patient, kind, and very knowledgeable. Kim worked with me and brought out approximately 10 to 12 pair of shoes for me try on. I was there for about 1 1/2hrs and very much appreciated her helping me. I will be back again Thank you!
