Well, felt like I just needed to stop telling them my symptoms, like they did not care at all. I absolutely cannot believe there wasn't an x-ray taken or anything. It was a quick, prescribe him these pills that he has made very clear he can't and won't take. I really don't like not being listened to especially when you charge $180 to listen to me. I'm absolutely at a loss of what to do. I can't go to the emergency room, they'll be rude to me for being there while not dying. Even though I could be, I don't know cause the doctor just wanted me out of there as quick as I got in.

Got us in very quickly. Doctor was able to diagnose the situation and they had an on-site pharmacy. In and out in an hour with prescriptions. Best urgent care experience ever!

Called ahead saying I had dehyrdration and needed an IV. They said they would be more than willing that was at 7pm closing at 9pm. Gave me IV for 1hr and i got less than half a bag. Then they were ready to go home so they took me off and sent me home showing me my blood test that I didn't have dehydration. Showed it to 2 other doctor friends who both said they would have given me 2 bags of IV instantly. Went in to UnityPoint next day with blood results because nothing changed after MercyOne. He gave me 2 bags of IV in less time it took for them to give me half a bag and now i am feeling great. Mercy used to be my go to hospital back in college. UnityPoint urgent cares are far superior.

It shows they close at 9pm on Saturday, when it actually closes at 4pm.
