Food wasn't good. Service wasn't good. Manager looked like she rolled out of bed and was definitely not dressed like a manager should. Never got offered desert. Food was made wrong. Floor was sticky. Booths were dirty. Staff was wearing gloves but then touching their face with the same gloves. Staff was wearing a mask and yet the 2 times that the manager had to come out to talk to other tables and mine, she wasn't even wearing a mask. Great way to lead by example. No wonder the place was trashed. Doesn't look like anyone cleaned in months.nWe will NEVER go back. Dont waste your time or money on this establishment

very disappointed in one of my favorite places to go.. waited 20 minutes just to be acknowledged after being seated. table we were seated at, had a beer glass and a ticket.. no one wiped the table off before seating us. Had to go to bar to order drink. THEN server came over. I did not get my ranch with my fresh veggies... told the server... NEVER got it... just a very disappointment since this is only the 3rd time going to a restaurant since covid. wanted to support the restaurants..BIG MISTAKE

They have great happy hours specials after 9pm and all day Sunday. $3-5 drink and apps. We always get the Italian nachos and pepperoni rolls. I absolutely love the rumberry limonee drink. I dont remember the exact name of the drink!! Always good!

Horrible. Service and food. Went at noon and they were already out of manicotti. ordered fish and chips. The food came and still no silverware. Service took a long time to come see how the food was. Coleslaw was warm. Asked for vinegar for the fish, the server didn't even know if they had vinegar. Brought me a fresh slaw but it had a hair in it so didn't eat it. Fish was like frozen from a box from grocery store, only not as good. Fish was so greasy it literally dripped from my fingers. We did not finish anything. The fries were very good and the 5 onion rings were good. We will never go back.

We came here specifically for the pretzels and cheese dip to be extremely disappointed. The cheese was extremely runny to the point where it was hard to get any of it on the pretzel. So at that point I decided to let it cool off and maybe it will thicken up when it’s cold. I then tried again when it was cold and to surprisingly find out it was STILL watery with now a strong tangy aftertaste. That was an extreme disappointment. My husband and I always order a few things off the menu because we like to try different foods at new restaurants we visit. Well we ordered garlic bread w/ salsa, French dip a/ fries, fish and chips and fried chicken with mashed potatoes. The only good thing from any of that we ordered was the garlic bread. We tried a little of everything and saw that none of it had any seasoning even simple salt. To our surprise when the waitress came to see how everything tasted and we told her, she really didn’t bat an eye. So my husband and I were shocked and decided to eat something since we ordered it and customer service doesn’t matter, it’s the money for this restaurant. I ate the fish and some fries without any seasoning or salt, and my husband ate the garlic bread and mashed potatoes with chicken. There was no salt or ketchup anywhere to try to make something in this restaurant taste good. The biggest thing that caught us off guard is the French dip and fries. We tried a bite each and it tasted like freezer burn. We had The whole plate pushed away from us with only 2 bites of the French dip missing and told the waitress that it tested like freezer burn and She didn’t fix any of it. As I recall she said “I always like to hear that it all tasted great or good” not the fact that we were unhappy customers. To another bigger surprise, the French dip and fries were on our bill, which she also hurried to bring to us without approaching the situation in a better way. The waitress didn’t bother to fix it or bring the manager over so we can at least tell them about it.
