Just ok, food is decent not great. No crayons for the kids because of it? Really come on.
We ordered the 4 cheese pasta. When we received it, it was ONE cheese pasta and in a very small container. Paid $16.95 for a tv dinner sized meal!!!!nThey won't answer the phone when we call!
Absolutely, absolutely incredible service! I can honestly say that I have never been to an Applebee’s that went above and beyond for my family and I! Had the MOST amazing server - truly, in a day and age where a lot of people are lacking good customer service and people skills she was very friendly and kind. I wish we lived closer as I would definitely be back again! It is nice to see such hardworking people doing such an amazing job for others!
Great!! The steak was tender and delicious. The grilled shrimp that I got for $1 also delicious. First time in a restaurant in 8 months. Was not disappointed.
Ordered our food online from the Ankeny Applebee’s. Door Dash does the delivery. We received our food and it was missing two things from my order. I called into the store and they told me that since I ordered online that I needed to talk to door dash and that they couldn’t fix my problem. So Applebee’s forgot to include two parts of my order in the bags, and the delivery guy drops off all the bags he was given, but I have to call door dash to fix it? Applebee’s gave me the option of coming into the restaurant and picking up the missing parts of my order but I had just paid $20 for a tip and delivery fees and now I am the one that should drive-in to get the food that the restaurant forgot? My wife texted the door dash delivery guy to check and see if maybe they were left in his car. He said they weren’t but then he purchased the two items we were missing from a different restaurant and dropped them off at our house even though he is not the one that made the mistake. Hats off to Door Dash. Maybe they could give the Applebee’s a lesson on how to handle mistakes.nnFood was decent, probably not good enough that we’d order food to be delivered from there again.
