BEWARE! You pay for any return shipping at full retail rates. They do not provide any return shipping label with a discounted rate. They should have made it clear that customers are on their own for any returns. I am fine paying for return shipping that is reasonable, when it is communicated up front. I would not have purchased from them had I known I would need to pay over $15 to return a pair of shoes that didn’t fit. You can’t even start a return online to let them know something is coming back to them. Driving 6+ hours to the nearest store for in person return was also not an option. Big waste of time and money. Never again!
Great employees especially Antonio just wish had better selections or more variety/type of shoes.
They have a fantastic collection of reasonably and competitively priced shoes that are fashionable. There is a wide range up styles and quality levels and there is typically a buy one get one offer. Overall probably my favorite shoe store.
Always buy one get one half off, cant complain about that!
The store manager was super friendly and helpful & the deals are just unbeatable for the quality of shoes they sell.
