The young ladies at the mall in Altoona are the best! It was 6:01 closing time on Friday evening. They encourage me to come in with a pleasant smile and let me pick out my shoes. What great young ladies. I will be back.

Have always liked Famous Footwear. Store clean and neat. Shoes sorted by style. Only one pair left of some sandals which was great. Signed up for their rewards club. I am certainly glad that some great stores are still left and that they haven't all been run out of business.

Coustomer service really sucked. Young girls around noon on a Wednesday I believe. Snobby.

Lots of styles and sizes for ladies boots. Beth tried to help me match up a dress with the right style of boot. She was helping other customers too but always checking on me. Great clean store!!
