Smitten Kitten

We took in our 3 cats 2 for a bath and brush out and a teddy bear cut for our long hair cat. One of the cats needs a sanitary cut she's older and not able to clean herself as well. When we first started taking the cats there I think about 4 years ago the service was great and it was until about a year ago. This last time is the last time I'm taking my cats there. The older cat didn't get a sanitary cut and I noticed dry blood around one of her nails. She didn't look washed just combed. One of our other cats paw pads was really red. I dont know what could have caused that. She didn't appear washed either. If I had accidentally cut her nail that would be understandable but I'm not a professional. I felt bad this happened to them. Like I said previously I really loved this place and the service was always great. Im not sure what has possibly changed

My kitty loved it and so did I very nice and made me feel comfortable leaving my cat in their care...her is very purrty....

The lion cut on my cat was great, but the attitude of the older lady at the counter was nasty. Both times I've been in there she had the worst attitude. Don't dare ask her a question.

Great service and great people. They take the time to explain their products and help you get what your cat needs.
