I used to absolutely love this place, but after the past two visits there I have been thoroughly disappointed with the quality of service. Don't go there unless you expect to wait 30 minutes for the waitress to bring you water and have to reach out to other servers for help.
Great day on the patio!! Fantastic service, beer selection and food. Have been going here for over 20 years. Always a great time!!
For the first time we decided to order take-out from Wellmans. I ordered the French Dip sandwich, one of my favorite of their sandwiches! It comes with tender sliced beef on a large, delicious roll and au jus. What I got tonight was unbelievably bad!! The cook who made this sandwich had to know that what was being made was inedible! The sandwich had nothing but black, dry and leathery meat. It was as if I was being punished for daring to order it. Even dipped into the au jus it was dry and tasteless. I ended up eating the fries and disposing of the sandwich. So disappointed that anyone would allow that to leave the kitchen.
Changed up their menu since last time I've been here, been awhile I know. The food was really good!
Enjoy the Chicken Strips. The young lady that served us was very friendly and accommodating.
