To start service was lackluster. Server let us go 15 minutes with empty glasses on the edge of our table. Appetizer was great. When the food came out the chicken we ordered was a very dark brown. Not burnt just spent oil. Then my sandwich was supposed to be served with sauce had none. And by the time the server asked how things were and retrieved the mayo that was listed to come with it, it was no longer warm. When the check came it was 45$ for an appetizer and two mediocre meals. I was charged for the sauces for my items which it was supposed to have came with from the git go. I've got together here before for lunch and had a great experience. But this time it was a total disappointment. Wouldn't recommend.
Stopped in between baseball games. The waitress was awesome even though we had a lot of people and know they were not staffed for that. She dealt with everything well and our food and drinks were awesome. One of the best patios out there too!
We ate our lunch out on the patio and it was nice and clean. Great service and I loved the freshly grilled burger I ordered. My daughter had an Italian grinder and said it was one of the best she's ever tasted.
We were seated for 30 minutes outside before anyone acknowledged us. Waitress very shy timid. Gave us no eye contact. She went back inside for another 15 minutes. We let the bartender know of the situation but no one seemed to care. Where is the customer service? Don't be a waitress if your lazy and hate people!!
Beware of the up sale, and hidden fees. A burger basket with 2 draft beers cost a whopping 27.75! Maybe a good price if you live in LA or NYC but not for Iowa!
