It's locally owned and the service is fantastic. Someone is helping me when I walk in the door. Good selection of items. Only problem is $$pricey. They will give you recommendations if your pet has a problem too. However, the big box stores for pets is even worse pricewise. I recommend locally owned stores. Let's keep them in business!
Took both dogs for self cleaning bathes. It's awesome! No clean up, no hair in my drain! The only thing was they didn't have anyone to do their nails, which they really needed.
Super helpful and friendly service. Even received several samples. Clean store with decent inventory. Recommend.
