It's sad that I am writing this. Ice house used to be my family's go to restaurant. But the last 3 take out orders. (We don't dine in anymore due to covid) the service has been fine.nThe wait staff has done a good job and have been courteous and helpful.nThe food on the other hand has been mediocre/garbage at best. Tonight we ordered nachos with no olives, cheese balls, and jallipinos poppers.nThe cheese balls and poppers were still frozen in the middle (not cold, FROZEN) and the nachos had olives on them. The prior 2 visits have been almost as bad.nI don't mind paying the prices you charge. But do expect the food to be at least cooked.nnHopefully others are having better experiences than I am.
From out of town and stopped into the icehouse. Had a fantastic experience and felt like I was very welcomed and I was just like any regular. Food was really good portion size and came very quickly. Definitely will stop in next time I’m in town.

Fast and friendly service. Great place to watch the game and have a nice family dinner.
I don't think there's anything I've had here that wasn't superb! The waitress was so very attentive, not annoying, and earned a very large tip since I felt the meal was so inexpensive! Love this place. My second time in. Thank you chefs and staff!!
