We were given chips and a very good salsa minutes after we were seated. Our food arrived with perfect timing as we were able to visit for while enjoying some appraisers.Our meals were prepared perfectly and our waiter was right there when we needed him. We were celebrating a birthday and they surprised us with a song and sombreros. Hope to go back soon.

We were staying next door due renovations at our apartment complex and Los Agaves made our stay much easier more comfortable. Great service, friendly, great food, and always clean. Thank you so much!

For Mexican food, I believe I have a high bad as I worked in a Mexican restaurant kitchen for 3 years. The server brought chips and salsa right away but took a long time after to bring water.nnI had steak, which was pretty thin, and still came out close to being rare (which is challenging). I question the steak's weight though. My wife's fajitas were supposed to have shrimp and didn't until we asked about it. The waitress said she was new, but I saw her there before. I asked the waitress to point out the beer choices on the menu, and a few minutes later, I ordered a Dos Equis, and found out from her that half the beers (3 of 6) were unavailable. (Would be nice to know.) The margarita was okay - came out a little warm, but plenty of ice.
