Ordered wings. Pretty good. Fries were not so good. :(nWaitress/Bartender, Ally is Awesome!! Great tasting drinks!nPretty great drink specials.nnSecond visit today, and save exceptional service with Ally. Food was good. Still not a fan of the fries today.

Audio was so loud it was deafening. Service was slow for the lack of people in it. But I understand that. Bartender was doing it all. Food was good for the most part.

The response from the management below that was promised was a refund of my order and another meal on them and would send coupons. I have yet to receive my refund and they sent me a business card with “10 free wings” scribbled on the back. That is what is considered another meal?? Since your 8/20 visit we have been trying to improve our systems to handle the high volume we see on BOGO Thursdays as well as trying to adhere to all the COVID-19 policies. With most of our employees being new to start the school year we have been going through rigorous training and I think you will see the improvements we have made in just 12 days since your visit. Sloppy.nnIf you're in downtown IC craving wings, literally any other bar/restaurant is a better option.nnOrder placed for pickup via app. I checked in at the store at the time the app suggested, and ended up waiting 30 minutes for my food after I arrived.nnI had to go and ask one of the cashiers if my food was still coming. Turns out my food had been sitting in the warming box for 10 minutes. My name was never called. The food was edible but there was literally no sauce on the wings, and the fries were soggy and not seasoned well.nnPart of the blame probably should go to BWW in general, when a user selects a store on the app, the app should have some awareness of the volume the store is handling and adjust wait time accordingly.nnFor this store specifically though, I could have atleast gotten a buzzer during check in to notify me when the order was ready.nnFinally,, there is no excuse for the food being in the state that it was in. The majority of the reason to get food at BWW is the sauces and seasoning. If the food lacks those, what is the point ?

Wings barely had any sauce. Burger was supposed to have two patties, only had one. Waiting for another patty took 5 times as long as waiting for the actual burger did. Bad service. Bad communication between employees. Will not be coming back
