Red wing coralville is a small store, but that's a good thing, the store has a good selection of boots and top notch people running the place. When I stopped in mark and keith where the experts helping me. They answered all my questions and showed me not what boot or shoe they want to sell, but the one that was best for me based on my wants and needs. They are the experts on what they carry, they don't just read the card under the boot. This is a fine example of how things should work. If you wear red wings or any of their associated brands and buy elsewhere you are making a mistake. For as long as I wear red wing products, I will continue to give my business here. I have yet to need to warranty my boots, but I have complete confidence that I will be taken care of and treated right. It's not just about the company or the product they make. They were very good and patient while my son shopped. Very helpful finding the right fit and style. Good selection. He also had his family helpers in today, beautiful young ladies who were also helpful. One very rude customer came in, used the fitting machine and his expertise then wanted to go buy online. He can go some place alright. No matter, didn't miss a beat, continued to be pleasant with him. True professional, I might have lost it! Class act. My son has now had his boots for many months, they still look good, don't smell, and are holding up very well. Red wing quality!!

Very nice place haven't been to a red wing since we lived in Wisconsin. The woman working was beyond helpful, and we left with a great pair of shoes!
