U.S. Bank Branch

We are new to the town and went with US Bank because it’s one we’ve heard of before. I understand that coming into a small close nit town that outsiders aren’t always embraced well but I’ve never been disrespected as much as I was here and I’ve lived in a lot of small towns. The teller in the front was extremely rude, dismissive, rolled her eyes at me, didn’t greet me verify anything, or say goodbye. She even assumed that I couldn’t afford a $30 wire transfer fee, refusing to tell me how much one cost just that it was too expensive and I couldn’t do it and I needed to use bill pay. I’ve never met her prior to this and in both experiences she was the same way. She didn’t know me and I was just an annoyance in her day. She could definitely use a lesson in customer service and common curtesy. Needless to say as soon as my issues are resolved we will be closing our account here and taking our business elsewhere where we are treated with respect and our business is appreciated. I hope that they can learn and grow from this because it was extremely disappointing to be treated in such a manner.
