Nice private area where u can have a good time!! If u just need to relax your mind and get away perfect place!! Everybodys laid back, nice bar, great food, and awesome environment!!! Only thing I haven't witnessed is a concert but that will happen shortly!! A+++
We had a blast at Cottonwood Cove! Pizza is great and drinks are out of this world! Love the River Water drink! Can't wait to try out the pool. Just like a resort!
Private marina very nice and clean. Great appetizers at huge bar and grill. Bar open to public sometimes with an outdoor stage for a band on weekends.
Great staff with delicious food and drinks. Always an entertaining band playing in the weekends!
We stayed last weekend to try it out, we haven't yet decided if we'll go for a seasonal spot but if we do this place is definitely a top choice. The regulars we encountered were all very friendly fun loving people, and all had nothing but good things to say about the owners. This is a fun place with a good onsite restaurant with a bar and entertainment. Top notch party place but also a very well run, safe environment. The owners demonstrated sincere care for their tenants and service after the sale. If you're looking for a seasonal site don't miss this one.
