Shoe Carnival

Clean place, great variety of selections, friendly and helpful employees. Only reason it wasnt 5 stars is because one of the cashiers was open but too busy talking to his other female colleague. He clearly seen us and the line forming but did not have a care in the world. Almost was 3 stars because of this and how mad it made me.

Didn't get help while I was there. Was there for a solid hour too. But, they did price match with their website which was nice to see. It was super hot in the store tho, so its a good place to get shoes, but not to spend much time.

A lady helped me find some good walking shoes. The price was good too.

Walking in this store, I was able to realize just how important customer service is. This store didn't have an ounce of it. Only reason for 3 stars : clean, organized, displays. That's it. I was lost trying to figure out what kind of shoe to get and where to look. This associate was helping another lady and kept looking at me as if she wanted to approach of check on me, but she just walked away after she finished with her customer. She continued to pass me through the store and I continued to stay lost. Luckily within twenty minutes or so I was able to locate what I may have needed and got the hell out. She must have been a manager too, because she was up front as I checked out and just proceeded to ignore me and step around me instead of being a big girl and using her words. Shame. i hope the shoes I got work, because I am NOT sure how I'll return to the store to return them.

Always have good deals
