Excellent food, great service.
Took forever to get acknowledged once we were seated, another waitress ended up taking our drink order. Took forever to get our drinks. At least 20 minutes passed and neither of table or another nearby table of two had our orders taken. Not even sure who our waitress was. The hostess checked on us and seemed confused but then showed up with a notebook and said she didn't know what she was doing but was going to try to take our orders. 20 minutes passed and another waitress came to our table asking what we ordered because it somehow got lost? Anyhow, this is the short version. It was the biggest restaurant fiasco I've ever seen. I wish we could have received an explanation at some point because I cannot even imagine what was going wrong and why! No explanation, no attempts to remedy, no desire to return.
It was a nice ensemble. The food was pretty standard, but fresh and warm! The scrambled eggs have much to be desired. Tasteless and lack the fluff that scrambled eggs should have!nOtherwise, we loved the room service!
I'd like to Thank the staff at Caroline's for their exceptional service in providing a catered meal for our staff at work today. The food was absolutely delicious and so appreciated by the front line people at our pharmacy. I enjoyed wonderful meals at their location in the past, but was over joyed at the amount of attention they paid to the preparation of our catered reasonable meal. They were prompt, friendly, and polite when I arrived to pick up the prepared food. I have an all new appreciation and gratefulness for this restaurant and will return in the future.
