Rustic old building I need of some updates otherwise great venue lots of foot traffic for the area

Great venue featuring all sorts of talent!
Tonight was the 1st time attending a musical event. The Washington is a great little place to get close to the talent. Everyone has a great view and the sound systems were run very well. Overall experience was great!
Neat little place. Bartender was SUPER friendly and helpful and funny!! They have any beer u can imagine (minus corona) but have some interesting beverages and different beers!! Must try the green frog!!
