Interesting venue for a brewpub. Bags in the brewery. Asked our server about beers & she didn't know much; said the brewer doesn't tell them how the sours are made nor what small batch means (i pointed out the homebrew system to her). Korean style wings were Interesting...wings were mixed even though described as all dummies. Flavored Stouts were good.
The gluten free pizza crust, my husband has traditional crust, and Jurassic Pork Pizza was delicious! Offering gluten free crust I was hoping they would have had more gluten free beverage selections.
Service was poor, and they didn't wipe down tables after people left and others sat down. The Fish was okay! Coleslaw was off tasting. Not that great for the price. Uncle ronnie's is way better or bent river brewery.
Was there sat and for 2 years in a row I have been in town for an event and have waited an hour and didn't get my food and had to take it to go same as last year others just left without anything . Absolutely the slowest service I have ever seen. We ordered 4 salads and a burger that takes an hour plus ? Maybe 10 other people in the whole place . Then checking out she was over charging me and now looking at my credit card i was charged 3 separate times. Twice for the wrong amount then finally for the right amount and they didn't void the wrong ones so now I get to deal with that. Will never return to this establishment and would appreciate someone getting in contact with me to refund the fraudulent charges.
Great atmosphere, friendly staff, the food is just darn delicious, and the beer is very good. I always recommend friends to go there and try the spent grain pizzas or there burgers!! Fish night is always a delight as well.
