Great staff
I wish I would have discovered this place sooner for my kitties. It's amazing. Think Whole Foods for pets. Besides their unbelievable selection of products, the service is amazing too.
We've been shopping here for years, unfortunately the last 3 times we went most employees weren't wearing masks. The second time I brought it up to a worker who was wearing a mask, I told her I am pregnant and nervous because someone rang me up last time that wasn't wearing a mask. She said I could request someone that was. However, I don't feel I should have to, it should be the norm, cases of covid-19 have been 1000+ daily. My husband went in last time and said no one was wearing a mask. We made a decision at that moment not to come back. I can't support a business that isn't looking out for the health and safety of its customers, especially unborn ones. It's sad, I have enjoyed supporting this local business.
Knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff. Great place to shop for your pet.
Great local pet store! They have quality food and advice. Several times they have opened items so that my dog can taste test. Very friendly.
