DXL Big + Tall

Outstanding service! Outstanding prices! First time shopping here is the date of this post. I've been looking for a store like this and I finally found it. They will be seeing a lot of my money!!!nnUPDATE:nI shopped at DXL Big &Tall for the second time for my birthday (10-22-2020) and had a wonderful experience. The service rep was outstanding and was very helpful. I was really in need of some new trousers and a pair of really comfortable black dress shoes and the he was able to find me EXACTLY what I looking for. I sincerely wish they were closer to my home, but it's truly worth the drive to DXL to get what I am in need of. I SIMPLY LOVE THIS COMPANY. I hope they find it possible to open more stores in my area!

Was there yesterday looking for shoes. Staff wasn't helpful at all. Never made an effort to see how they fit or help with finding the right size. And the store wasn't even busy. I've been a repeat customer for several years never had this problem in the past. Thinking it's time to find a different store.
