Owner helped me find the perfect pair of Sorel boots. He must have brought out 10 pairs, and I'm extremely picky. I live in TX and we have zero selection, so it was nice to try on everything I'd seen online. Ended up in a kids size but exactly what I wanted. Great service!!

Great customer service, employees want to talk and really build the connection with customers. They also bring out a variety of shoes, giving me a few options and alike items. For all of the haters leaving 1 star reviews, if trying shoes on makes you uncomfortable then maybe go barefoot!

Went in to purchase a pair of $110 Keens....was not acknowledged at all, but made eye contact with RYAN ....TWICE who was not with a customer at all! I picked up a pair and sat down but nobody assisted me. Got up and left the store....meanwhile my sweet husband went up to Ryan and told him what my intentions were and that he just lost a sale. I really hope the employees make commission because if so he lost out big time. I hope the owner sees this and fixes the problem/ offer extra customer service training so they don't lose more business. Needless to say I will never return!
