Very disappointing. We used to enjoy coming here when it was a regular restaurant. Now you order up front and sit down. After you sit down the waiter completely ignores you so you don't get a refill. The food was cold and there aren't much choices on the menu. We wont be going back.
Terrific. I had the salsa verde steak tacos. They were delicious! They were especially busy for a Thursday night so the wait once we ordered was long, but the service was great. When the waiter was busy, the manager would stop by to check on us. I will definitely go back.
I will not make the mistake of coming to this location for breakfast again. My poor experience began with seating. After requesting a booth, we were seated in a table. The couples behind us in line did receive booths. Brushing this off, we were waited on slowly and did not receive our drinks for at least 10 minutes. That was followed up by receiving our food about 45 minutes after ordering. One might think breakfast food that takes 45 minutes to prepare would be great, but that was on the contrary. Everything was cold and looked as if it was prepared yesterday.
We were a little surprised about the idea of a combination bar and grocery store. But when you're in Iowa, things are different. I don't think any of us ordered dinner but we were so thrilled with the appetizers. We must have ordered 10 orders of the cheese curds alone. I would love to go back and try dinner next time.
They truly have changed and redeemed themselves!!! We ordered from here about a month ago and had the worst food experience. We only got half our order delivered and half of that order was under cooked!! We called and told the manager about what had happened and they gave us a credit which was greatly appreciated. We ordered tonight (about a month or so later) and ordered again the food is absolutely AMAZING!!!! The quality and everything is great this time!!
