This place is like eating with family. Our kids are treated like special guests and the staff is incredibly patient and kind. The food is outstanding! Ask for the specialty menu if you want to be adventurous and eat something uniquely Asian!
My server was very pleasant and attentive. I had spicy edamame that was very tasty and had quite the heat. I also had scallop nigiri. I will pass on it next time. Mostly imitation crab and not scallop... just blah. Last but not least I had the pork Ramen. The flavor was rich and the broth was piping hot. Overall good experience but I don't know if I will branch out with the other meats behind the sushi bar.
This place is obviously one of the finest restaurants in the region. Whenever I come there I am absolutely happy. They preserve their very high level service and the highest level of meals they offer. You definitely will enjoy this this restaurant. Very recommended.
The owner is an absolute, gem. She is so kind and helpful. Got 2 sushi rolls and a couple of appetizers. Absolutely delicious!!
This is one of my favorite places in all of Des Moines! It’s always fast, fresh and amazing! My favorite is the bourbon street steak a must have and their fried rice is pretty great too!
