Just had the worst experience at this place solely based on the thin blonde male teller. Rude and showed no eagerness to help, I’ve never felt more like a cog in a system. Sad, I might have to switch banks..
I am so sick of Wells Fargo. Today, I attempted to deposit cash into my cousins account, the teller explained that I was unable to do this. While I feel that this policy is stupid, the tone an attitudes of the tellers at this branch were extremely rude and unhelpful. I have worked for Wells Fargo. I have credit cards and have had other accounts with Wells Fargo. I was debating on reopening my primary checking with Wells but after this extremely unpleasant experience, I don't want to. There is absolutely no need for the teller to be rude or act as though I am a burden when I explain the situation and ask for their help to figure out a solution. Unacceptable.
I have visited this branch several times and I've always been very courteously, lots of smiles and open to answering any questions I have. The primary thing that one is seeking nowadays in a bank branch is prompt customer service and I think they do that very well here.
